Verifying your email
What email verification unlocks, and how to fix it if the email never arrives.
After signup we send a verification email to the address you used. Click the link and your email is verified instantly.
Why verification matters
Email verification proves the address is yours, which protects:
- Outbound messaging (we cannot let unverified accounts send SMS / iMessage / email).
- Integration credential entry (Twilio, SendGrid, Google).
- Inviting teammates (so an unverified account cannot fan out invitations).
- API key generation.
Once verified, the banner clears on your next page load.
I never got the email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there:
- Click "Resend verification email" in the banner. We will send a fresh link.
- Make sure the email address on file is correct. You can edit it in Settings if you typed it wrong.
- If your IT team blocks email from unknown senders, ask them to allowlist
[email protected]. - If still nothing, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will manually verify you.
The link expired
Verification links expire after 24 hours. Click "Resend verification email" in the banner to get a fresh one; the old link stops working.
