Launch readiness and outbound compliance gates
We added per-state compliance enforcement to outbound messaging. LendAxiom may delay, reschedule, or block SMS, iMessage, voice, or marketing email sends based on borrower-local communication windows, opt-outs, DNC/TCPA signals, and stricter state rules.
We also added launch readiness checks for signup, billing, email verification, support, data export/deletion, Bridge health, mobile sessions, and public incident communication.
