Signup, step by step

Signup runs through Stripe Checkout. We do not store credit-card numbers ourselves; Stripe handles that.

What you fill in

1. Email, organization name, and password on the LendAxiom signup form.
2. Plan selection: SMS-only at $150/seat/month or with iMessage at $300/seat/month.
3. Optional checkbox: "Try with sample data." When you check it we seed 10 fake leads so the pipeline has data on day one. You can delete them in bulk once your real leads land.

What Stripe asks for

• Your name, email, and address.
• Card details (Apple Pay and Google Pay also work).
• Tax info if your state collects sales tax on SaaS.

What happens after you pay

1. Stripe sends us a webhook confirming payment.
2. We create your workspace, your user record, and the subscription record.
3. We send a verification email to the address you signed up with.
4. We redirect you into the app with the onboarding sidebar already open.

You will see a "Verify your email" banner at the top of the app until you click the link in the email. Some features (outbound messaging, integrations, inviting teammates) are gated until you verify; you can still browse the dashboard, set your business profile, and import leads in the meantime.
