Reviewing your pipeline

What the default stages mean, where to view them, and what to do if you need custom stages.

Your pipeline is the ordered list of stages a lead moves through, from first touch to closing. LendAxiom seeds default stages so you can start working leads right away.

Default stages

When your workspace is created we seed these stages, in order:

  1. New Lead
  2. Contacted
  3. Pre-Qual
  4. Application
  5. Underwriting
  6. Closed Won
  7. Closed Lost

Every default drip campaign, report, and AI workflow references these stage keys, so the defaults keep the rest of the system working.

Where to review stages

Open Pipeline from the main app navigation. That page is the current place to review lead stages, move leads between stages, and see where active files sit.

Custom stages

Pipeline customization is not self-serve in the current app. If you need custom stage names, a new stage such as "Docs Requested", or a different order, ask support or your workspace admin to make the change safely.

Why this matters

Lead routing, reminders, reporting, and AI suggestions all depend on pipeline state. A clean pipeline that matches how you work means the system can surface useful next moves instead of noisy ones.
