Keyboard shortcuts

A short list of shortcuts that make pipeline triage faster. All shortcuts work everywhere in the app unless noted.

Navigation

• g then d - go to Dashboard.
• g then l - go to Leads.
• g then m - go to Messages.
• g then s - go to Settings.
• g then h - open Help center.

On the leads list

• j / k - move down / up through leads.
• Enter - open the highlighted lead.
• / - focus the search bar.
• f - open filters.

On a lead detail page

• r - open Reply (composes a new outbound message in the conversation).
• n - new note.
• e - edit lead.
• s - move stage (opens stage picker).
• Escape - close any open drawer or modal.

Universal

• Cmd/Ctrl+K - open the command palette. Search for any lead, page, or action.
• ? - show this help screen as an in-app cheat sheet.
• Cmd/Ctrl+/ - toggle the onboarding sidebar.
