Getting started with LendAxiom

A 5-minute tour of what LendAxiom does and where to find your first wins.

LendAxiom is a CRM for mortgage loan officers. The point is to keep your pipeline organized and to get follow-ups out the door without you having to remember every borrower yourself.

What you can do on day one

  • Track every lead through a pipeline you control. Default stages cover New Lead through Closed Won; you can rename them.
  • Send SMS via Twilio or iMessage (depending on your plan), and email via SendGrid or Google Workspace.
  • Let Melanie (the AI) draft follow-up replies and surface borrowers who need attention. You stay in the loop because every Melanie message starts as a draft you approve.
  • Run drip campaigns with the default templates or your own.
  • Import leads from a CSV or take them in via webhook.

What's worth doing first

  1. Verify your email so the messaging features unlock.
  2. Fill in your business profile (name, NMLS, phone, email).
  3. Connect Twilio if you signed up for SMS, or wait for us to provision your iMessage slot if you bought that plan.
  4. Connect either SendGrid or Google Workspace for email.
  5. Add five real leads. The pipeline is more useful with real names than with sample data.
