Cancelling your subscription
The cancel flow, what happens to your data, and the data-retention timeline.
You can cancel any time from Settings -> Billing -> Manage subscription.
What happens immediately
- The subscription is marked canceled in Stripe.
- You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- You keep full access until the end of the current paid cycle. No data loss, no feature lockout.
What happens at the end of the cycle
- Outbound messaging stops.
- Drip campaigns pause.
- The workspace becomes read-only. You can still log in to download data.
What we keep, and for how long
- 30 days post-expiration: every lead, conversation, and setting is retained. Reactivate inside this window and your workspace comes back exactly as it was.
- 31 days and after: we purge the workspace. Cannot be recovered.
Exporting before cancel
We strongly recommend you export your leads before the 30-day window closes. Two options:
- Leads -> Export. Downloads a CSV of every lead (active and archived) with full details.
- Settings -> Data export. Generates a complete archive (leads, conversations, attachments) as a zip file. Available within 24 hours of request, link valid for 7 days.
How to come back
If you reactivate within 30 days, Settings -> Billing -> "Restart subscription" rehydrates the workspace and starts a fresh billing cycle. Stripe charges your card the moment you restart.
If you reactivate after 30 days, sign up fresh. We will create a new workspace; the old one is gone.
